VoxelVale is an open-world game that attempts to blend the creative freedom of games like Minecraft and Terraria with the unpredictable nature of roguelikes like The Binding of Isaac.

VoxelVale is currently in Alpha. It's being developed using only Javascript and WebGL, so sometimes seemingly simple additions take a while to implement. New features are being added roughly every week, but many planned features have not yet been implemented. That said, development is fluid, ideas are constantly in flux, and I'm very open to user feedback and suggestions.

As a note, the game is currently only playable on Desktop. Mobile support is something I'm considering, but not a priority.

If you want to follow the development, I post semi-frequent Youtube videos detailing every newly added feature. This is a self-funded, solo, pet project. It's free for everyone to play. So, if you enjoy the game please consider donating or checking out my Patreon :)

This is super cool! It's like a top-down version of minecraft. There seems to be an issue when I play on itch tho, my cursor won't move. when I play on your website it seems to work fine?

Thank you for the compliment :) Huh, weird. If you don't mind, could you tell me which OS and browser you're using?
